Dual-Home Children's Home Manager - Lead & Elevate Teams

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a dynamic Dual Registered Children's Home Manager to lead two residential homes in Lytham. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor two teams of carers with four deputy managers.

The role requires QCF5/NVQ5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent, a driving license, and at least 3 years in management of a Children's Home. Salary £51,356-£55,612 per annum, 37 hours, permanent.
