Job Description

A Personal Assistant required to support a gentleman with Neuromuscular Disability, support with personal care, activities within the community and in the home. This will be for 8 hours per a week - flexible to be discussed at interview. Driving licence required - access to the family vehicle.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support with personal care - washing, showering and dressing.
  • Support with laundry and household tasks.
  • Assistance with taking me out in my mobility van - FULL UK license required.
Specific Requirements
  • PA should be caring, motivated, consistent and punctual.
  • Need to be able to communicate well.
  • DRIVER with UK clean license.
Required Training
  • Previous care work with a disabled individual.
  • Moving & handling and first aid certificate - Preferable.
Advert Details
  • Hourly - £12.60
  • Hours Per Week - 8 hours per week
  • How will the hours be used:
    • Tuesday 3 5pm.
    • Thursday 2 4pm.
    • Saturday 2 4pm.
    • Sunday 10am 12noon.
