We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or complex needs to live as independently as possible.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals:

With daily living tasks (personal care, meal prep, medication, etc.)

Build skills and confidence to live independently

Access the community and enjoy meaningful activities

Achieve personal goals and live life to the fullest
? What You'll Need:

Experience in care or support work is ideal - but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important

Right to work in the UK

A driving licence is a bonus, but not essential

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
