Are you a creative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher looking for flexible work from September?
We are working with secondary schools across Hastings and the surrounding areas who are looking for Drama Teachers for day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term placements.
Whether you're looking for occasional work or want to secure a more consistent teaching position, we can offer opportunities to suit your availability and experience.
The role

• Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering practical and theory-based lessons
• Teaching GCSE Drama where required
• Developing students' confidence and performance skills
• Creating engaging and creative lessons
• Planning for longer-term placements
• Supporting students of different abilities
• Managing practical lessons and groups effectively

We are looking for:

• QTS or relevant teaching experience
• Secondary Drama teaching experience
• Strong subject knowledge
• A creative and engaging approach
• Confidence managing practical lessons
• Strong classroom management skills
• The ability to inspire and motivate students
