About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Drainage Engineer to join a property maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems across residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair drainage systems, including pipes, gullies, and manholes.
• Carry out CCTV drainage surveys and fault diagnostics.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and resolve drainage issues promptly.
• Work closely with property maintenance teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Drainage Engineer or similar role.
• Knowledge of drainage systems, repair techniques, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to operate drainage equipment (jetting machines, CCTV survey tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
