DP & Forecasting Manager (IBP) - Spain - 6+ Months - Hybrid

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Global (Europe) IBP Process Forecasting Manager for our global client in the FMCG industry. We are looking for a candidate to be based in Spain.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Demand Planning and Forecasting.
• Experience with data analytics, forecasting models (time-series, machine learning).
• Knowledge of Europe FMCG markets.
• Business process and project management experience.
• Strong business acumen.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter, capable of managing in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with ERP and Demand Planning/IBP systems (eg, SAP, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
• Candidate must be based in the EU and must hold an EU passport or an EU Blue Card

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of IBP Forecasting solution.
• Conduct fit gap sessions for Demand Forecasting process.
• Collaborate with Data Science on forecasting proof of concepts.
• Ensure business and user requirements are met.
• Maintain IBP global template with a focus on demand planning.
• Support Data and Analytics team with data object requirements.
• Refine and improve forecasting engine performance.
• Develop functional training content.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Share best practices and build external networks.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting performance.

• Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: once a month)
