Doorperson

• An amazing opportunity has arisen to join the Concierge team at The May Fair Hotel as a Door Person.
• The role of Door Person will be integral to the success of the Concierge team, as they will support and offer excellent concierge services to guests during their stay.
• You will be responsible for assisting our guests with luggage, taxi bookings, reservations, and general enquiries.
• You will be the first and last impression from our guests as so providing a warm welcome and a heartfelt goodbye is a must.

• Current experience within a 5 Star hotel environment within London.
• Local area knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
