Doorman (M/F)

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Doorman to join the Palace Hotel;

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors to premises
• Check identification and direct visitors to correct destination
• Assist visitors with luggage
• Ensure security of doors and entryways
• Maintain records of visitors
• Provide general information about the premises and its services

Key Requirements

• Proven work experience as Bellman or Dorman in a 5 hospitality environment
• Driving license
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong sense of responsibility and a Professional presentation
