The Role:We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Door Supervisors to join our dynamic team of Security Staff in our venues. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests at our venues. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they are greeted with a friendly and approachable manner, while also managing access and handling any security-related issues.
Role Responsibilities:- Monitoring and managingcrowds and queues
- Dealing withconflict; restraining and escorting customers off of the premises if required
- Ensuring thesafety of customers and staff at all times
The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory for this role
- 2 years experiencewithin a similar role would be preferred.
- Great communication and customer service skillswith the ability to diffuse high tension situations.
- Availability towork shifts, including late nights and weekends at key times during the year.
