Donor Growth & Engagement Lead - Individual Giving

The Royal Shakespeare Company invites an experienced Individual Giving Manager to grow support and donations. Working with the Head of Individual Giving, you will develop campaigns that recruit members, patrons and philanthropists while ensuring outstanding donor experiences.

Based in Stratford-upon-Avon with occasional travel to London, the role is full-time (35 hours) with in-office presence at least three days per week.
