Domiciliary Care Registered Manager - Lead & Grow Service

Health Recruit Network is recruiting a Registered Manager for a domiciliary care service in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. You will lead the day-to-day operation and maintain high standards of person-centred care.

The role oversees around 700 care hours per week under local authority contracts, ensures CQC compliance, manages rotas and care planning, and develops the local care and office team. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role with a competitive salary.
