Salary: c £38,000-£45,000 per annum - DOE; plus bonus and mileage.

You will have

• Has previous experience in a managerial or deputy role within domiciliary care.
• Holds or is working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Possesses strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
