Domiciliary Care Lead: Launch a CQC-Ready Service

Consultants 24 Limited in Great Yarmouth is recruiting a care manager to lead the establishment of a new domiciliary service and drive early CQC registration. This is a pivotal role with interim or permanent options and salary to be negotiated based on experience and scope.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, care planning, staff supervision, audits and quality assurance, and work closely with the owners to maintain compliance and deliver safe, person-centred care from Day One.
