Grade UE02: £24,547 per annum pro-rata for part-time (£13.45 per hour) plus a 5% Premium band for flexible working

The Opportunity:

In this role you will be part of the busy cleaning team based primarily in student accommodation. You will interact with a wide range of customers on a daily basis throughout the year. The successful candidates will be involved in the preparation, setup, cleaning and servicing of bedrooms and communal areas.

Please note that these posts may require working occasional weekends during our commercial period (June-September) and may be different to your normal working location.

Requirements:

Applicants must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, have excellent time management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers.

Part-time hours: 14 hours per week (evening work).
