Your Role

As a Domestic Assistant in our care home, you'll be more than just a cleaner-you'll be part of a team that helps create a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for our residents. Your work will help ensure that every room feels like home and that residents can relax in a clean, cared-for space. It's a rewarding role where your attention to detail and pride in cleanliness directly improves the quality of life for the people we support.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas (lounges, dining rooms, hallways)
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures in line with care home policies
• Dispose of waste safely and in accordance with health regulations
• Restock cleaning supplies and inform management of low inventory
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Work respectfully and sensitively around residents, staff, and visitors

What We're Looking For
