Domain Engineering Leader: Multi-Team Scope

Civica is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a domain of 6-10 teams (roughly 60-90 engineers) and manage the Engineering Managers who run those teams day to day. You will partner with Product and commercial leadership as a peer and shape how the domain collaborates with the rest of the business.

You'll be responsible for shaping the system of teams, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving delivery, coaching, and architectural decisions at scale.
