Job Description

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Document Controller in Maynooth.

Fully office based

Salary up to €55,000 DOE

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all activities related to document control procedures, including technical documentation, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
  • Administer and maintain document control platforms, including ACC and Procore.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of submitted documentation to ensure compliance with TSP and client standards.
  • Monitor drawing and technical submittal deadlines in line with project milestones.
  • Manage and track the status of Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Oversee the creation, review, approval, and workflow management of project documentation.
  • Coordinate the management of as built documentation with project and design teams.
  • Maintain strict version control for documents with multiple revisions.
  • Organise and manage document storage systems to ensure efficient retrieval when required.
  • Safeguard documents by ensuring secure storage, controlled access, and recovery measures to protect against loss or damage.
  • Generate document control reports and project documentation metrics as required.
  • Archive and dispose of documents in accordance with document retention policies.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of document control systems and processes.
  • Review and report on new document control tools, software, and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
The Person
  • Proven experience in a document control role.
  • Hands on experience using Aconex or similar document management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all organisational levels.
