Job Description
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Document Controller in Maynooth.
Fully office based
Salary up to €55,000 DOE
Responsibilities- Coordinate all activities related to document control procedures, including technical documentation, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
- Administer and maintain document control platforms, including ACC and Procore.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of submitted documentation to ensure compliance with TSP and client standards.
- Monitor drawing and technical submittal deadlines in line with project milestones.
- Manage and track the status of Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Oversee the creation, review, approval, and workflow management of project documentation.
- Coordinate the management of as built documentation with project and design teams.
- Maintain strict version control for documents with multiple revisions.
- Organise and manage document storage systems to ensure efficient retrieval when required.
- Safeguard documents by ensuring secure storage, controlled access, and recovery measures to protect against loss or damage.
- Generate document control reports and project documentation metrics as required.
- Archive and dispose of documents in accordance with document retention policies.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of document control systems and processes.
- Review and report on new document control tools, software, and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in a document control role.
- Hands on experience using Aconex or similar document management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all organisational levels.
