Document Controller

WE'RE HIRING DOCUMENT CONTROLLER CORK

ProFleet Group is continuing to grow across Ireland, the UK and Mainland Europe, and we are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our Projects team based at our Head office in Cork.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of major Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Power Generation and Industrial projects, taking ownership of project documentation from mobilisation through to final handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and control project drawings, registers, specifications, RFIs and technical submittals
• Maintain document control systems including Procore, SharePoint and Excel
• Ensure accurate revision control, distribution and document traceability
• Manage P&IDs, red-line and as-built documentation
• Coordinate mechanical completion, commissioning and handover documentation
• Maintain weld logs, WPS, PQRs, welder qualifications, NDT and test records
• Prepare and maintain project handover and quality documentation
• Track variations, dayworks and supporting commercial records
• Support procurement, invoicing, client valuations and project payment applications where required
• Liaise directly with Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, site teams and clients
• Maintain documentation in accordance with project and ISO requirements
• Drive outstanding documentation through to final close-out

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Document Controller experience within Engineering, Construction or Industrial projects
• Strong Procore, SharePoint, Excel and Microsoft Office capability
• Excellent document management and organisational skills
• Understanding of technical drawings, RFIs, submittals and revision control
• Mechanical, pipework, commissioning or handover documentation experience advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Confident communication with both site teams and clients
• A proactive individual who takes ownership and drives documentation to completion
