Role DescriptionThis position is responsible for supporting corporate clients with the documentation required to complete onboarding for new and existing legal entities. You will provide ongoing support by holding regular calls and attending meetings to assist clients with completing documentation requirements to meet laws, rules, and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, and streamline client interaction through the collection of legal, AML, and tax documentation.
Responsibilities- Collect and review AML, legal, and tax documentation for new and existing client onboardings.
- Work with clients to agree on timelines, communicate documentation requirements, and address necessary rework.
- Lead client documentation walkthrough meetings to ensure clients understand requirements.
- Update stakeholders on the onboarding process and highlight any challenges or delays.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience liaising with clients and customers.
- Experience managing stakeholders of all seniorities.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Previous experience with cash management or client onboarding documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and prioritise work effectively.
