Full-Time - 10 sessions per week (6 PAs/week for DMD, 4 DCC SPA)

UHDB is seeking a dynamic, influential, motivated, and improvement-minded senior clinician to join the Women's and Children's Divisional Management Team (DMT). The role involves developing and delivering managerial and strategic support to the Division and the wider Trust.

The DMD leadership role is a 3-year fixed-term position with a renewable appointment process. The Trust offers a substantive full-time appointment, including up to 4 Direct Clinical Care/Supporting Professional Activities in the candidate's chosen specialty.

We are looking for someone passionate about medical leadership and improving clinical services. The Division includes an Emergency Department, Cancer Programme, Elective Programme, and Maternity Service, all of which are subject to regional and national scrutiny. Our goals include improving Urgent and Emergency Care targets, reducing waiting lists, enhancing diagnosis and treatment times for Cancer, and delivering a safe, sustainable Maternity service.

You will collaborate with the DMT quartumvirate and the Executive Board to develop a strategy for the Division to become an outstanding service provider across Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
