Are you currently in a senior nursing role and looking for a new challenge? Do you have a 'can do' attitude, excellent leadership skills and want to progress?

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the South West Thames Renal and Transplant Division at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust where the Divisional Director of Nursing, alongside the Divisional Director of Operations and Divisional Medical Director, is expected to deliver the effective integrated clinical, operational and financial performance of the Division.

This role will develop renal services across the South West Thames Renal and Transplant Division geography, working closely with colleagues at St George's Hospital and identify ways to work more closely together to offer the best care to patients across the catchment area for the Group.

To enable them to execute this responsibility, the post holder is expected to provide proactive and visible leadership. Leadership will span four key areas: service leadership, people and personal leadership, quality leadership and collaborative leadership.
