Divisional Director Commercial

Tribuild is recruiting a Divisional Director - Commercial to take commercial leadership across a portfolio of construction projects.

This is a senior position responsible for commercial strategy, governance, risk management and financial performance across the division.

You'll lead and develop commercial teams while overseeing major procurement decisions, cost reporting, contractual risk, cash management and project profitability.

The successful candidate will be an established commercial leader with significant construction experience and a track record of managing teams and complex project portfolios.
