Overview

We're looking for a Divisional Director / Broker to join our Facultative reinsurance team in London.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead the placement of large, complex risks throughout the Asia region.
• Monitor progress towards targets and produce monthly reports highlighting corrective action where required.
• Support the Leadership Team in developing, growing and delivering operational plans and revenue targets.
• Identify internal business improvement opportunities, champion standard methodology to support optimum efficiency and build effective relationships with customers, organisations and insurers that add customer value.

About you

• Cert CII, Dip CII qualification desirable along with robust knowledge of general insurance products and services.
• Consistent record of running concurrent workflows, interpreting data, and acting upon findings to improve efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proficient in presenting to any audience, with a strategic mindset and problem solving attitude.
• Excellent customer service focus, keeping clients and customers at the centre of your actions.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
