Diversity & Inclusion Strategy Lead

Peabody in London is seeking a Head of Diversity and Inclusion to lead the delivery of the Inclusion Strategy, embedding equality and inclusion into decision-making, service delivery and culture. You will work with Executive and senior leaders to ensure inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.

You will use data, insight and evidence to identify opportunities for change, drive measurable improvements for colleagues and residents, and lead a specialist team to deliver lasting impact.
