Diversity & Inclusion Program Lead

Sony Music Entertainment UK is seeking a Diversity & Inclusion coordinator to join our central People Experience (HR) team. You will work closely with the Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact to influence D&I initiatives and help create an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive.

The role involves data analysis, programme delivery, training, event planning, communications, and collaboration with employee resource groups and the global D&I network.
