Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across air, ocean, and road freight services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand customer supply chain needs and offer tailored logistics solutions
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline

Requirements

• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
• Full clean driving licence
