Job Description

Indie Campers is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots. You will ensure high service standards, strong fleet performance, and consistent SOP execution while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence.

You will travel up to 50% to support depot teams and work with Central Ops, Finance, and HR to deliver results. English fluency and a hands-on mindset are essential.
