District Nurse Lead: Community Care & Clinical Leadership

NHS Lanarkshire in Motherwell is seeking an experienced District Nurse to manage a defined caseload within the locality and lead a small team of registered nurses and healthcare support workers. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care programmes in partnership with patients, families and carers, comply with the NMC Code and NHS Lanarkshire policies, and provide clinical leadership to the team.
