ALDI Brand in the United States is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week intensive training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores, lead store managers, drive exceptional customer service, and accelerate sales growth.

This full-time role covers Washington, DC and Northern Virginia, with starting salary $95,000, a $5,000 signing bonus, and increases through Year 4 to $130,000.
