Job Description

The Disputes Partner will be:

• Developing the disputes practice, including bringing in work and hiring
• Driving and originating high-value mandates across corporate clients in the UK (contractual, professional negligence, shareholder, arbitration)
• Managing major cases, ensuring profitable delivery and client satisfaction
• Building your client network and leveraging contacts to grow business in the region
• Working with other UK offices to deliver cross-office support and share best practice

The Successful Applicant

The Disputes Partner should be:

• A solicitor at Director or Partner level with a background in Disputes work
• Proven track record of originating and winning high-value mandates and bringing contacts with you
• Strong leadership skills and experience building or running a team
• Excellent commercial acumen, client relationship skills and the ability to contribute to business development
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-office environment and building regional presence
• Ties to Leeds
