No two days will be the same. You'll manage your own caseload covering a wide range of commercial disputes and litigation matters, with the opportunity to undertake advocacy where appropriate, whilst also advising clients on alternative dispute resolution. This is a role that will allow you to build strong client relationships, provide pragmatic, commercial advice and genuinely make a difference to your clients.
Responsibilities- Manage your own caseload covering a wide range of commercial disputes and litigation matters.
- Undertake advocacy where appropriate and advise clients on alternative dispute resolution.
- Build strong client relationships and provide pragmatic, commercial advice.
- Take ownership of your work from the outset and collaborate with experienced colleagues.
- Maintain direct client contact and continue developing technical expertise within a collaborative team.
- Experience in commercial dispute resolution and litigation with a strong understanding of litigation principles.
- Commercially minded with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and practically.
- Highly organised, analytical and proactive with excellent communication skills and an interest in building client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities.
