We're currently supporting a well-established optical business with an opportunity in the Cheshire & Wirral region. While you'll be based in one store, you'll be part of a supportive, growth-focused team culture that actively encourages development and progression.

• Salary: up to £30,000 per year
• Monthly Bonus scheme (based on store achieving target)
• Hours: 40 hours per week 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch) Alternate full or one weekend(flexible)

About the Practice

There are multiple locations across the Cheshire & Wirral region, but you will be based in one store.

• Larger store: Located in the heart of the town, this practice has 4 test rooms and a team of 20-25 staff, including Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians, and Optical Assistants.
• Smaller store: A welcoming location within a supermarket, offering excellent parking and nearby cafés/shops. The team here is around 10 people with 2 test rooms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing expert dispensing advice and fitting spectacles to the highest professional standards
• Guiding patients through their journey with personalised care, ensuring comfort, confidence, and clarity of vision
• Supporting Optometrists by interpreting prescriptions accurately and offering tailored lens solutions
• Advising on frame styles, lens options, and coatings to suit each patient's lifestyle and visual needs
• Playing a key role in building a positive, high-performing team environment while helping the practice deliver outstanding patient care
