Hours for this role are 5am - 1pm, Monday to Friday.
What you will be doing- Ensuring required fleet matches delivery plan
- Accurate despatching of correct order to customer
- Liaising with sales, warehouse and transport providers to resolve urgent and critical customer requirements
- Managing driver and wait times with an expectation to reduce yard wait time
- Performing load checks and auditing of loads and load restraint
- Ensuring all required paperwork and administration duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Exemplary time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience and/or knowledge of the transport industry and understand load compliance
- Customer service and relationship management mindset with a high level of negotiation skills
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, JDE/SAP, Sparks, desirable
