Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

You'll be responsible for coordinating daily dispatch activity, managing delivery bookings and manifests, and handling dispatch-related enquiries and tickets. Working closely with the warehouse, customer service team, and transport partners, you'll help ensure deliveries run smoothly and customers are kept informed.

This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the day-to-day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organised and moving.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate daily pick-up and delivery activity through approved transport partners
• Create, manage, and maintain delivery bookings, runs, and manifests
• Manage dispatch-related ticket enquiries for deliveries and follow through to resolution
• Coordinate returns and re-deliveriesCommunicate proactively with customers regarding deliveries, delays, or changes
• Take inbound phone and email enquiries (internal and external) relating to deliveries, stock checks, and returns
• Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and transport partners to keep dispatch operations running smoothly

What we're looking for

• Experience in dispatch coordination, logistics, warehousing, or a similar operational role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Familiarity with dispatch systems, booking platforms, or ticketing systems is an advantage
• Able to communicate in English, Hindi or Punjabi
• Eligibility to work full-time in New Zealand
