Dishwasher will have oversight of kitchen dish operations during their shift.
Areas of Focus- Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Practicing good cleanliness and sanitary standards
- Assisting with cleaning and organizing of restaurant
- Stocking and product management including waste control
- Excelling in time management
- Following all food safety standards and procedures
- Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant
- Detailed oriented
- Having a positive, welcoming and upbeat attitude
- Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
- Strong believe in professional and ethical approach to guest services
Reports To: General Manager/ Chef de Cuisine
Pay: Hourly
Hours: Part Time and Full Time
