Discharge Team Administrator & Coordinator

Southend University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an Administrator to support the Integrated Discharge Team at the Southend site. You will provide clerical and administrative duties and help ensure smooth running of processes to support patients with complex healthcare needs.

The role involves updating the Discharge tracker, handling public and multi-agency communications within Information Governance policies, maintaining confidentiality, and updating information three times daily.
