Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team within Corporate Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience in SAP, and familiarity with financial systems.

What You'll Do for Us
  • Leading and driving the execution of the month, quarter, and year-end accounting close process for cash investment and captive insurance.
  • Reviewing the cash flow statement and preparing cash flow forecasting and providing insightful analysis of actuals vs. forecast.
  • Partnering with the field to ensure correct cash flow reporting for activity.
  • Reviewing monthly general ledger postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and narrative analysis for cash investment related accounts.
  • Reviewing the Company's 10-K and 10-Q disclosures for Investments and Fair Value Measurements.
  • Collaborating closely on strategic cash planning, investment initiatives and advising on accounting treatment.
  • Partnering with teams on the global interest income and cash flow forecasting to deliver actionable insights to finance leadership.
  • Preparing supplemental reports, information, and documentation as required for internal and external auditors and the Tax Department.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Chartered Accountant, CPA, or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in corporate Finance with experience in a global organization.
  • Complex financial analysis: the ability to analyze financial data.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to structure and prepare both quantitative and qualitative analyses to support and guide decision making.
  • Control Environment: ability to assess current controls to ensure that assets are safeguarded and that transactions are authorized, recorded, and reported.
