Director, Warehouse Automation Maintenance

Exotec is seeking a Maintanance Operations Director - Warehouse Automation to lead and scale maintenance activities across the UK, Ireland, and Benelux.

You will supervise a multi-site team, drive safety, quality, and performance KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and customers to optimize lifecycle value. Fluent English is required; Dutch, French, or German are a plus depending on location.
