Director, Transaction Services - Buy/Sell Due Diligence

FRP Advisory Group in Birmingham seeks an Associate Director/Director to lead our Transaction Services team. ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent) with transaction services experience is required. You will lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence, analyse financial data, and present findings to clients and senior management.
