The Role

As a Director, Technology Business Partnering, you'll be the liaison between Carnival UK's Maritime and Ships, along with Corporate function and the Technology department. You'll lead engagement with senior stakeholders across Carnival Group, ensuring technology investments are aligned with business goals, risks are managed, and opportunities are fully leveraged. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the technology roadmap and enabling high-quality, high-impact delivery across ship and shore.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Leading strategic engagement between Technology and Martime & Corporate Functions.
  • Driving decisions on technology investments and aligning them with business priorities.
  • Facilitating planning processes across CUK, All Brand Group, and other operating companies.
  • Ensuring effective stakeholder engagement from investment decision to delivery.
  • Supporting business ownership and participation in roadmap releases and change initiatives.

Job Requirements

This role demands a blend of strategic leadership and technical insight. We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in senior stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills across complex environments.
  • Ability to translate business concepts into actionable technology plans.
