Director, Streaming Growth & Revenue (Subscriptions)

BlueSteps Connect is seeking a Director to shape the commercial future of a large-scale digital streaming business. You will own and accelerate the growth of a subscription proposition, driving revenue and customer engagement while influencing at the highest levels.

You will define strategic vision for the subscription, own end-to-end P&L, lead pricing, GTM, and retention initiatives, and collaborate with product, marketing, analytics and content teams to improve lifetime value and reduce churn.
