About Bel V

• Bel V is an integral part of the Belgian nuclear safety authority. The Federal Agency for Nuclear Control (FANC) delegates to us the task of carrying out regulatory inspections and safety assessments of the most important nuclear installations in Belgium.
• Our main mission is to protect people and the environment from the dangers of ionising radiation.
• Our team of 70 engineers and scientists offers in-depth expertise in nuclear safety assessments, radiation protection, calculations and modelling of physical phenomena, inspections in installations and staff training. Our technical references in Belgium and abroad:
