Director, SHEQ Strategy & Cultural Change

Scantec is seeking a Head of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) to lead the strategic SHEQ function across multiple sites within a nuclear services environment. This director-level role offers genuine influence over strategy, governance, and cultural change in a regulated setting.

You will oversee quality assurance, health & safety, environmental management, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Board and driving continuous improvement across projects.
