Director, Securitization & Asset-Backed Finance

Citi London is seeking a Director to lead end-to-end structured finance transactions across Europe, focusing on asset-backed facilities, securitizations, and principal investments. You will guide deal teams and drive execution from origination to close.

You will develop pricing models, liaise with originators, rating agencies, and legal counsel, and mentor junior talent in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment.
