Director, Scaled Marketplace Acquisition & AM

(JINGDONG) is expanding Joybuy POP in the UK/DE/FR/Benelux and seeks a Director to own the full seller lifecycle at scale-acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing account management. You will design the operating model, tooling, and team structure to grow seller counts 5-10x while controlling costs.

This build role requires launching repeatable onboarding, tiered service models, and a scalable AM function across multiple markets, with a focus on efficiency and impact.
