Director, Sales Development - EMEA Growth & Academy

Procore is seeking a Director, Sales Development to lead the development and refinement of the inbound and outbound prospecting strategy across EMEA. You will partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Customer Experience to drive opportunities, increase revenue, and consistently exceed targets from our Dublin office.

You will oversee a world-class SDR organization, mentoring leaders, building a premier sales academy, and defining career pathways, while aligning with global sales
