The Sales Director - Export is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, brand development, and market expansion across international export markets, in particular Eastern / Southeast Europe. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer of the Developing Countries' business, the role leads the definition and execution of the international sales and marketing strategy for the HARIBO brand.

The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, distributor management, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to the company's longterm growth, brand strength, and organizational development.
