Director Rural Estate Management

The role

• Leading a talented team delivering first-class rural estate management services.
• Acting as the trusted advisor and local representative for a prestigious national client.
• Managing a varied portfolio of rural, commercial and residential assets.
• Identifying and delivering diversification, development and natural capital opportunities.
• Negotiating leases, rent reviews and property transactions to maximise portfolio performance.
• Overseeing budgets, forecasting, reporting and capital projects.
• Building strong client relationships and presenting at senior stakeholder meetings.
• Coaching, developing and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced Rural Surveyor or Estate Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to lead people, manage complex estates and build lasting client relationships.

You'll also bring:

• Strong rural estate management experience.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities for growth.
• Outstanding client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Budget management and financial reporting experience.
• MRICS qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous.
