Director, Restructuring & Special Situations

PJT Partners in London seeks a senior banker to join the Restructuring and Special Situations Group. You will lead complex restructuring advisory across large corporates, including recapitalizations, reorganizations and distressed M&A, coordinating with stakeholders and clients to drive outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years in leveraged finance, strong English and French, and proven ability to manage deals, mentor juniors and present solutions clearly under tight deadlines.
