Director, Real-World Late-Phase Strategy & Delivery

Syneos Health, LLC is seeking a Director, Strategy & Delivery, Real World Late Phase (RWLP) to lead study strategy, proposal development and delivery oversight across non-interventional and interventional late-phase programs. The role partners with Business Development and Medical Strategy to secure new business and translate commitments into delivery plans.

You will supervise multidisciplinary teams and ensure client satisfaction, study and portfolio performance.
